30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in like-new condition

• Returned in its original packaging

• Include all accessories, cables, manuals, and components

• Show no signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product shows physical damage, water damage, or signs of abuse

• Serial numbers have been altered or removed

• The headset has been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties

• The return request is made after 30 days

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time: 5–10 business days

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If the returned product does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back to you.

Exchanges

If your headset arrives defective or damaged, we will:

• Replace the product with the same model, or

• Offer a full refund if a replacement is unavailable

Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
